If you need to reach me, please call (901) 214-5552. CANCELLING: If you need to cancel your appointment please notify me atleast 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your appointment after the 48 hour period you will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit in order to rebook, the deposit will be 50% of your service fee. You will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 20% of your service fee. LATE: You will be given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be subject to a $20 late fee. After 15 minutes has passed and you have failed to arrive you will be considered a no call no show. This will result in you being charged the last minute cancellation fee of $50. You will also have to pay 100% of your service fee up front before booking again. We do understand things happen, PLEASE communicate with us. CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT: You will receive a text 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. You have 24 hours after receiving your text to confirm your appointment. If your appointment has not been confirmed then it will automatically be cancelled. “I CHANGED MY MIND” This appointment was specifically booked for you and the services that you requested. If you arrive to your appointment and decide that you do not want the entire service that was booked, you will still be required to pay for it. Another appointment could’ve been booked during that time! For example: If you book a Brazilian wax and a leg wax then show up only wanting the Brazilian you will still be required to pay for both services. “WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY?” : I totally understand that life happens. I try to be as forgiving/understanding as possible! However, you must communicate with me! As long as your “emergencies” aren’t repetitive the cancellation fees will be waived! CARD ON FILE: Each client will be required to have a card on file. DEPOSITS are REQUIRED. To reserve an appointment spot you must put down the appropriate deposit. This deposit is non-refundable! However, it can be transferred to another appointment time if you notify me atleast 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy
